New Baby & Mommy

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph one of my best friends from college & her new baby girl "A", who was just 7 weeks old.  They were visiting to see her family, but we got to hang out with them while they were here.  She was a great baby - smiling & happy the whole time.  Here's some of my favorite shots:

Family Session

Last week, I had the oppotunity to photograph the "E" family with their pride and joy - little Miss "S" at a park near both of our houses.  It was a great shoot & Miss "S" was such a doll!  She is so sweet & was happy to be held in most of the pictures & then did some shots sitting & crawling.  I was glad to get to photograph her before she gets too mobile since she is crawling but doesn't go too far too quickly (yet).  Here are some of my favorites from the photo shoot.

10 Month Shots

A few weeks ago, I got to do a few sessions for my baby's 10 month shots since we were at both of her grandparents houses that week - I had extra hands to get her to smile, etc.  Not having to do both entertainment & photographing, and just focusing on taking pictures - I was able to get some good shots this month.  Not to mention, one house had the beach as a background & the other a well maintained yard!

Almost 1 Year Shots

Today, I had alot of fun taking some photos of little "M" in preparation of her first birthday coming up in a just a little over a month. Her mom wanted to get some photos of her to use for invitations and to have framed at her party (you may remember these two from this previous post). We took advantage of the slightly cooler weather today and took the shots outside in their front yard. Here are some of my favorite shots.....

Photos on the Deck - 4 Month Shots

This weekend I was able to photograph little baby "B" for some summer photos outside on my deck. He seemed to be having fun & we got some cute photos.....that is until we put him in my little basket. He didn't appreciate that! So, we stuck with other positions that were more pleasing! Here's some of my faves.....

9 Month Shots

And we are now current again! For her 9 month shots, we headed outside to enjoy the warm weather and let her play with the grass & have fun with her daddy.

8 Month Shots

Still trying to get up to date on my baby's monthly photo posts.....here are some of the highlights from the 8 month shots. She had started to crawl & pull up by this point, so it got interesting! Much harder to photograph a moving baby!

Whoops, A Bit Behind!

Well, I have taken 7 month, 8 month, and now 9 month pictures of my baby girl, and just now realized I have put NONE of them on my site! Whooops! So, here goes.....the next three posts will be her monthly shots :P

These are her 7 month pictures that I took. I had a lot of fun with these & was pleased with how they turned out. She hadn't started crawling yet, but was getting up on all fours & rocking! It was around Easter when she turned 7 months....hence the bunny ears in some of the pics!

Sweet Baby Girl - 7 Months

I had the opportunity this weekend to take some pictures of the sweetest little baby girl ("A").  She was in a great mood - although she did get a bit tired of our shenanigans at times but nothing that a little apple juice break couldn't cure!  She is such a beautiful girl & takes some great pics :)  Enjoy!

Mother Daughter Pics

On Monday, the one day this week that it was not going to rain, some friends of mine took advantage of the weather and went down to take some photos at the nearby park.  I just loved photographing these mothers & their daughters.  Their strong bonds just shine when they are having fun!
